What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read it personally and reply, usually the same working day. If the project looks like a fit, we arrange a survey at a time that suits you. There is no obligation at any point, and no pressure to have everything worked out before we speak.
Is the first survey really free?
Yes. The initial survey and feasibility check are free and carry no obligation. It is how we understand your roof, structure and access before giving any advice, so the recommendations relate to your property rather than a standard package.
How quickly can you visit?
It depends on the time of year and where you are, but we aim to visit within a few days. Tell us your postcode and when you are usually free, and we will work around you.
What should I have ready before we speak?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly how you want to use the space, and whether any work has been done on the house before. We can work out the rest during the visit.
Do you work outside Oxford?
Yes. We work across Oxford and Oxfordshire, including Headington, Cowley, Jericho, Summertown, Marston, Botley and the surrounding towns and villages.
